Machines Warranty

• Warranty for all machines is two years.
• Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty is done on the damaged part by maintaining, replacing, or changing the machine according to what is specified by the maintenance center.

Warranty does not include:

• Malfunctions due to misuse or negligence on the part of the customer, or due to natural disasters, or due to damage that occurred after the maintenance of the machines outside the Baselat accredited centers.
• Fees are imposed on requests to clean the machines or due to negligence in cleaning at the end of the day, which causes insects or rodents to reach the machine.
